Hey, my name's Izzy and I'm a fully qualified VTCT holistic massage therapist with a background in Personal Training, which gives me an enhanced understanding of muscular tension as well as functional/restricted range of movements & its related injuries . I am fully insured and a 'Member of the Guild of Holistic Therapists' - MGHT.

I offer a complementary range of affordable massage treatments including natural facelift, ear candling and the award-winning, luxurious 'Neal's Yard Facial' - officially trained at their flagship store in Covent Garden. I am also a registered NYR consultant - Organic products that are not tested on animals, paraben and silicone free.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
The manipulation of the deeper muscles and connective tissues through massage, this technique slower and a deeper pressure is applied. Especially helpful for all sorts of problems from stiff necks to sore backs, tightness. Tailored for you.
HOT STONE MASSAGE
A luxurious treatment using heated basalt stones penetrates 5 times deeper then normal massage, using hot basalt stones to melt away knots, tension and stress.
SWEDISH MASSAGE
The most popular massage; great for relaxation, helps to increase oxygen flow and nutrients to the muscles and helps to release toxins.
INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
A deeply relaxing upper back, neck head and facial massage. It's great for relieving stress, tension, fatigue, insomnia, headaches, migraine and sinusitis.
NEALS YARD FACIALS
A gorgeous holistic facial, after a in depth consultation and skin analysis I'll choose the Neals Yard products that are best suited to your skin type. This luxurious facial also includes a neck shoulders and scalp massage, plus whilst your mask is on choose from a lovely relaxing arm or foot massage.
HOPI EAR CANDLE
A pleasant and non-invasive treatment of the ears that may help to alleviate symptoms of: Headaches, Blocked ears and sinuses, Sleeping disorders, Stress, Balance and Ear pressure before flying. This treatment involves placing a specially designed hollow candle into the ear. The candle is then lit and the resulting gentle suction draws the impurities from the ear drum. Once both ears have been treated the treatment is completed with a gentle facial massage.
NATURAL FACELIFT MASSAGE
(Facial Rejuvenation)
PREGNANCY MASSAGE
This massage combines acupressure and facial massage to free constructions both within the facial muscles and within the connective tissue. Benefits can include: Improved skin tone and circulation Reduced fine lines and wrinkles Distressing Tension headaches and migraines This treatment is done using no products so it's a completely safe and relaxing treatment
Being pregnant is an incredible time... you're in bloom, your skin is glowing and you can't wait to meet your little one. But like anyone who has carried a child will tell you, there are a few pesky aches and pains too. It's not all chic maternity wear and the handy excuse of "eating for two" (as much as we wish it was!).

Your appointment is reserved especially for you and, while we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

– Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge 100% of the reserved service amount.

– ‘No shows’ will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
